share here the report about my handmade LPG system 6th gen on this car
I made it in begin of august 2016 and now drive 12000 km
1. LPG pump unit - Krauf 770122W 160 l/h 6.5 bar (made in china), I want change it to quiet Bosch
2. Electric Valves - BRC River + one on multivalve
3. checkvalves - hydraulic with open pressure 0.3 bar (Inteva, Spain)
4. LGP Filter - Mahle for Audi 100 (C3) - it will be removed (big volume - long time for pumping)
5. Fuel switcher - Lovato 2nd gen
6. Many handmade adapters for connecting LPG fiting to pump, filter, checkvalves
green - handmade adapters for LPG thread (M10x1)
brown - hydraulic check valves (open pressure 0.3 bar)
1-lpg feed valve
2-gasoline feed valve
3-pressure release valve
4-new gasoline line
5-modified entry in the fuel pump
6-exit for return line (handmade)
filter inflated (it will be removed)
I have some problem with cold start after long time stop and hot start after 1-2 minutes (need to long time for pumping). but it can decided.
My car has android DVD/GPS system onboard with ELM327. I continous check main parameters (LTFT, SFT and O2 coefficient)
Also long time correction (LTFT) in city traffic can be up to 90%. It has reason of "check engine" symbol but O2 coeff = 1!!!
traction and acceleration is not worse. Also, no detonation. the gas consumption approximately 12-14 liters of the city (gasoline = 10-13 liters)
On the road (100-110 km / h) about 8 liters (gasoline = 6.5-7.5 liters.
In general in power modes (acceleration) and on the highways correction are smaller and there are up to 11-15%
Total full cost less 400 euro (27000 rubles)

Čovjek to sklepa od polovnog filtera za Audi 100 i par plinskih ventila, a vodeći proizvođači plinske opreme 15-tak godina i dalje to zaobilaze u širokom luku ili ne mogu ponuditi konkretno riješenje za ugradnju u svaki D.I. motor.
